WHAT TIME MAY I HAVE MY RECEPTION TO?
Please note that license times for noise/alcohol apply for the following venues:

• Ocean Terrace Deck with Evening Receptions available until 12.00am close (Music close at 11.00pm due to noise restrictions) alternative arrangements can be made.
• Windmills, Sugarloaf and other internal venues until 12 midnight. Post midnight can be arranged & discussed prior to your wedding date.

WHAT BEVERAGES CAN I HAVE?
The resort offers a number of different beverage packages where you can choose house or premium wine and beer options. or a combination of both. The specific beer and wine selection for your beverage package will be confirmed 30 days prior to your event. Unfortunately BYO is not permitted.

DO YOU TENTATIVELY HOLD FUNCTION SPACE?
Bookings are confirmed when your contract is signed and deposit is paid. Rates in your proposal are valid for 30 days, with prices subject to change after this date. Please contact our wedding coordinator to arrange a proposal.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM SPENDS OR MINIMUM NUMBERS?
Our wedding packages are available for a minimum of 40 guests. For numbers less than 40, we can arrange a number of flexible group dining options.

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS?
To confirm your wedding booking we will issue a contract at which time you will have 30 days to sign and return with an initial deposit. Full payment will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Alternatively, an individual deposit schedule can be arranged.

IF I HAVE BOOKED AN OUTDOOR SPACE, WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
An alternative indoor space can be booked, subject to additional cost prior to your wedding date.

WHEN CAN I COME AND SEE THE FUNCTION ROOMS?
Appointments are required if you wish to come to the resort and look around the property, dependant on room availability. If you would like to meet with our wedding coordinator, please contact us to make an appointment.
